A food that I love

Hello everyone! Today I'm going to talk about a food that I really love: The "Arepas"

The "Arepa" is a typical venezuela's food, it is made with corn's flour and its shape is circular. The dough is easy to make, because you only have to mix water, salt and the most important element: the corn's flour. You have to knead the mix until the dough is compact enough to form the "Arepas". Cook your "Arepas" from both sides in the oiled pan until they start to brown.

Now comes the funny part! you can stuff them with a bunch of delicious food. This is why I love the "Arepas", because I can eat it with scrambled eggs, cheese, tuna, meat, salad, etc. But please... DO NOT eat the "arepas" with SWEET stuffing... like honey, jam or that kind of things...

By the way, there exist typical "Arepas" with certain stuffing, and my favorite is the "Reina Pepiada". It is stuffed whit chicken, avocado and mayonnaise.

Maybe it isn't "healthy" but is a part of me.

Who I am?

Hello everyone! I'm Rodrigo López Jiménez, I am a nineteenth year old boy who's a film student. I live right now in the south of Chile, specifically in Bulnes, a small town near from Chillan, the city of "sausages". I say "right now" because originally I was born in Venezuela. I lived sixteen years in my native country, I grew up in San Diego, which is a small city that is near to one of the biggest cities in Venezuela, which is Valencia. Three years ago, my family decided to migrate to Chile, with the intentions of finding a better life. That was a big change to me and my family, because migrating to another country is something that changes your whole life. In Venezuela, I grew up in San Diego, the small urban city that I mentioned. However, it isn’t that small, because it has everything to have fun with and realize as a person: parks, colleges, universities, restaurants, pubs, cinemas, etc. Also in San Diego I made very close friendships and studied until

My Favorite Piece of Technology

Hi everyone! Today I will speak about my favorite piece of technology: The Refrigerator. You may be wonder... why is this my favorite piece of technology? Well it's simple, this is a "magical" device: it not only contains and preserves food, but also can make this food disappear haha. The Refrigerator has many uses, I can froze things, It preserves vegetables, has a lot of compartments and its "magical" ability consist in that you can keep some food, but another person can take it and eat it. The funny part is that you will never know who ate your tuna sandwich. This is why I will always have a Refrigerator in my life, and I recommend that all of you have one, so you can be part of this "magical" experience. Also, you will be able to preserve your tuna sandwich.

My Life Soundtrack!

Hi everyone! Today I'm going to talk about the songs and bands that left a mark in my life, so let's go for it! I have to start with two bands that I think they influenced me in my childhood, that two bands are: The Beatles and Coldplay. The first one is because I grew up listening every song of that band, and that is because my father and mother always have been big fans of The Beatles, so in every opportunity they always put a song of them. I have the sounds of the music of The Beatles very stuck in my head haha. The another band, Coldplay, is more from my adolescence, because a I met their songs when I had 13 years old and I loved it, I really connected with their magical music. If I have to say two songs that I always helped me when I'm not feeling very well, that two songs have to be "Los males pasajeros" de Love of Lesbian and "Quién fuera" of Silvio Rodríguez. The first one always cheer me up, and I think is because their beautiful letters combine
